A brief summary of “The development of Antitrafficking Information Platform in Armenia” program

All the programs have their promising beginning, the laborious and productive process, as well as their logical ending.

“The development of Anti-trafficking Information Platform in Armenia” program took place by that similar sequence, by the help of INL.

This unique program in the sphere of covering the elucidation of human trafficking, which turned into an information resource platform, examined, united, informed and taught a number of target groups, of course keeping the Media representatives  in the focus of attention.

The program lasted for three years and the end differed by its approach of presentation. The program united all the participants, award winners of the working group of media, members of the working group, legal staff of the sphere, and volunteers one more time to demonstrate the results of collective and sustainable work.

The opening, welcoming and reporting speech presented Arzuman Harutyunyan, the president of “Association Audio-Visual of Reporters” NGO. He introduced the work that has already been done, the analysis, the key functions and the statistical data. All these made more visible, that the chosen means of anti-trafficking were justified. All these facts indicate the US State Department’s annual report marks for last 3 years.  (Armenia is a first group country according to the combined work on Combating Trafficking).

At the end of the presentation A. Harutyunyan thanked to Americans for the support of the program.

Afterwards V. Kajoyan (Head of The Anti-trafficking working group) came up with his observations. In his speech he mentioned, that “The development of the Antitrafficking information platform in Armenia” program content and digital outputs are expressive, which proves to be justified the invested business model.

The official part of the program summarized Jack Anderson (The chief of INL in Armenia) and Maritsa Hovhannisyan (INL Program Assistant).

J. Anderson welcomed in Armenian to the participants and noted that the project results are really satisfying.

In her turn, Maritsa Hovhannisyan highlighted the achievements of the project. She pointed out the role of the working group on the Combating Trafficking.

(“Audio-Visual Association of Reporters” NGO is also a member of the working group) and noted that this is a nice working way to achieve success in the other fields of social problems.

It is clear, that the end of every successful work is a new basic for another field.

“Association of Audio-Visual Reporters ” team summarized the program by that saying, thus initiating a new program.
