HHPress.am: Azerbaijan encourages trafficking
The world has a task to prove that it is faithful to its declared value system, the importance of which can be proved only by the seriousness of its struggle for it. When values are saved, so are people. Those who consider crime possible and permissible, in principle, prove only one thing: they do not care about what does not happen to them.
If the international conventions to which countries have acceded do not work, in such situations peoples can demand adequate action from their own governments or, if they wish, implement them on their own initiative. And in that case the prospect of peace will be lost, the hope that values can be a factor of salvation will fade…
