Open call for a consultant on a legal compliance audit of media materials

“ Association of Audio-Visual Reporters” NGO announces an open call within the framework of the Project: ‘’Together Against Trafficking in Persons’’ for a consultant on a legal compliance audit of media materials.

About the project: “Together Against Human Trafficking” program, funded by the US State Department, was launched on July 1, 2021, and will run until June 30, 2024. World Vision (WV) is the applicant organization and the Sexual Assault Crisis Center (SACC) and the “Association of Audio-Visual Reporters” NGO (AAVR) are the two implementing partners. The goal of the program is standardization and institutionalization efforts and advocacy for victim-centered approaches in the identification, screening and referral of TiP across multiple stakeholders and service providers. AAVR also will conduct 3 awareness-raising campaigns for the outlined targeted groups and the public.

Introduction to the service:
Selected consultant on legal regulations of human trafficking, as well as the rights of victims and other stakeholders will conduct a legal compliance audit for all the media materials created within the project. A contract will be signed with the selected consultant for the legal compliance audit for media materials.

Term of the contract: March 20, 2023-April 20, 2024

Requirements for the Expert

• Excellent knowledge of RA and international legal regulations related to human trafficking.
• Excellent knowledge of human trafficking victims’ rights, available assistance.
• Ensuring the confidentiality of information available but not subject to publication.
• Experience in editing public awareness materials on human trafficking.
• 20 experts/day during the specified period.
