The Council of Europe’s GRETA expert group has published its Fourth Evaluation Report on Armenia, examining the country’s efforts to prevent and detect vulnerabilities to human trafficking.
The report acknowledges progress made in victim identification, assistance, and legislative reforms, while highlighting the need to further strengthen measures related to labour exploitation, access to compensation and legal aid, and the protection of vulnerable groups. The findings provide important guidance for advancing Armenia’s anti-trafficking response in line with international standards.
