In the spring of 2014 year youth of Stepanavan was exited with the idea of winning the rank of Youth Capital of Armenia. So the group of young stepanavanians united around a slogan “Youth is power, we believe in our voctory” and took part in a competition of RA Ministry of Sport and Youth affairs for a rank of Youth Capital of Armenia. The project brought together about fifty young people of Stepanavan from absolutely different work areas, such as students, pupils of high school, representatives of governmental and non-governmental structures and business organizations.
35 participants were divided on 7 teams by organizations; each team consisted from 5 players. Questionnaire of the game was developed by the experts who worked with participants on previous workshop, during which they shared all the information, which had to help participants to get ready for the game and also get knowledge which can be useful for trafficking prevention in future.
The projects’ two phases were implemented with audience’s active participation. Teams came out in special T-shirts with STOP TRAFFICKING slogan and the address of www.antitrafficking.am web-site, colors of T-shirts symbolized Armenian flag.
