Learning indicators of human trafficking can improve your awareness and help you report if something is wrong. Here are some questions to ask to follow up on the clues you became alert to:

• Can you leave your job if you want to?
• Have you been hurt or threatened if you tried to leave?
• Do you live with your employer?
• Has your family been threatened?
• Are you in debt to your employer?
• Do you have your passport/identification? Who has it?
