Tender: Renting a space with the necessary audio-video technical equipment

The “Together Against Human Trafficking” program, funded by the US State Department, was launched on July 1, 2021, and will run until June 30, 2024. World Vision (WV) is the applicant organization and the Sexual Assault Crisis Center (SACC) and the “Association of Audio-Visual Reporters” NGO (AAVR) are the two implementing partners. The program’s goal is standardization and institutionalization efforts and advocacy for victim-centred approaches in the identification, screening and referral of TiP across multiple stakeholders and service providers.

Introduction to the service:
For the conducting interviews with 5 beneficiaries selected legal entity or individual based on a schedule should provide follows:

• Space for audio/video recording,
• Devices for audio/video recording(camera, microphone, recording equipment, lighting devices, SD card),
• Montage equipment.

Rental period:
17 November 2022 – 17 January 2023

Requirements:

• confidentiality of audio/video recording information,
• absence of outsiders in the area during audio/video recording and editing,
• hand over the SD card to the interviewer after the interviews.

Applying the document should involve:

• the address of the audio/video recording area,
• list and models of equipment necessary for audio/video recording,
• sealed/signed price offer for the specified period.
