Interim report of the Republic of Armenia on the implementation of recommendations submitted by the Committee of the Parties of the Council of Europe Convention on Action against Trafficking in Human Beings has been published

The report summarizes the implementation of recommendations by the Republic of Armenia in the areas of data collection and research, awareness raising, education, social economic and other initiatives for those vulnerable groups having potential to be subjected to trafficking or exploitation, further identification of victims, border measures and measure to enable legal migration, etc. The report includes also the actuality of amendments in the Armenian legislative area in compliance with the Council of Europe Convention on Action against Trafficking in Human Beings, for the purpose of effective regulation of investigation and identification processes, as well as victims’ compensation and other victims’ needs based issues.
